Important Info
- Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue
- Pets are not allowed inside the venue, with the exception of service animals with valid identification
- No outside food or beverages are allowed, with the exception of bottled water, medicine, and baby food
- Smoking and drinking on the premises are not allowed. You will be asked to leave immediately if caught by a staff member
- Guests must wear modest swimwear or shirts and t-shirts at all times for safety purposes
- For your comfort and safety, all guests are required to comply with the appropriate dress code when swimming or using the rides in the waterpark
- All swimming attire should be free of zippers, buttons, or other hard objects. Swim diapers will be required for infants
- Lockers and towels are available for rent but are subject to availability
- Adventure Waterpark Desaru Coast will not be responsible for any lost, misplaced, or stolen belongings
- Rides or attractions may be closed at times due to bad weather, repairs, or maintenance
- Adventure Waterpark Desaru Coast reserves the right to change operating hours, close certain rides or attractions, restrict the number of visitors, or cancel or amend any activity without prior notice
- Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be resold
- No refunds will be given due to rides or closures of attractions, bad weather, or any other circumstances
- The main traveler’s name must be the same as the name in your IC/passport. Incorrect names may cause invalidation of redemption

- Adventure Waterpark Desaru Coast has a maximum capacity of 2,500 guests per day. The park may have to reject an entry if it has reached the maximum capacity. We suggest guests arrive early at the park, especially on weekends and long holidays, preferably at 10:00 am or earlier
